Marina Randolph – Founder- 11 years of strategic planning and execution in direct response and direct marketing (Proactiv Solution, Principal Secret, Core Secrets)
- As Vice President of Guthy Renker's second largest brand (Principal Secret), managed all aspects of product line and drove growth from $25MM to over $100MM in under 18 months
- Expertise in driving lifetime value in continuity programs
Yi Hsin Chang – Executive Director of R&D- 10 years formulation experience in skin and hair care products (over 200 finished products in the market)
- Prior to joining Breakthrough in Beauty, managed the R&D department at Schwarzkopf and Henkel North America and consulted for several high-end skincare brands.
- Elect Chair of the California Chapter for the Society of Cosmetic Chemists
- Certified to assess and create product dossier for the EU market (Royal Society of Chemistry and Institute of Biology Certified)
- Doctor in Pharmacy from the University of Sao Paulo
- MBA in Global Business from Pepperdine University
Heather Lavey – Senior Brand Manager- Over 7 years experience in consumer marketing and strategic communications with a focus in the health and beauty industry
- Spent 3 years managing the development and launch of over 20 color collections as a Marketing Manager in Estée Lauder's Global Makeup Marketing department
- MBA in Marketing from USC's Marshall School of Business
Alisa Beyer – Chair, Breakthrough in Beauty Search- Author of the award-winning Pink Reports™
- Conducts over 100 consumer focus groups a year and surveys more than 50,000 women
- Key brand strategist for more than 15 beauty brands in the last 36 months
- Works with Estée Lauder, Mary Kay, L'Oreal, L'Occitane, Kao Brands, Fresh, Bath & Body Works, Nestlé, and Victoria Secret's Beauty
- National speaking on beauty consumer intelligence and insights
Carl Daikeler – Chairman/CEO- 21 years of direct marketing experience
- Built the first national TV infomercial network in conjunction with Quantum Marketing; introduced infomercials to Europe
- Founder, TelAmerica Media (created 8 Minute Abs™)

Jon Congdon – President- 10 years of direct marketing experience
- Previously worked for Procter & Gamble
- Built the Select Network, a direct response dating service, and Pluscare Network™, a Lasik customer referral service

Lara Ross – Vice President of Development- As Vice President of Development, Lara's responsibilities include the development of new Beachbody® product and infomercial concepts and marketing.
Lara has spent the past 6 years branding, marketing, and developing fitness products and infomercials. Prior to joining Beachbody, Lara was with GoodTimes Entertainment in New York.
Lara is excited to help expand the mission and vision of Product Partners and grow the Beachbody brand by developing and marketing the highest-quality products and services available to those who want to lose weight, get in shape, and change their lives.
